I'm a 24 year old who decided to get my butt in gear and make some lifestyle changes. This is a blog about my weight loss and my journey, and any other random thing I decide to post. There is a definite mix of fandom, feminism and fitness. Something to keep me motivated and accountable.
I have decided to start training for Roller Derby. No, I have not watched Whip It (although I would like to!) but I've been debating getting into it for a long time and finally decided. At 200lbs, I'm gonna start gearing up and training.
Height: 5'4 (and 3/4) :)
Starting Weight: 229.6
CW: 221.6 (as of 4/4/14)
GW1: 200 [start training for Roller Derby!]
Halfway there!: 185 [new tattoo]
UGW: 140-150 [new CUTE clothes]
Honestly I don't care so much about the pounds as I do about being healthy, happy and fit. If my body fat percentage can be about 20% I will be happy and whatever weight that is because I'll know that most of it is muscle.
